Gas Shutoff Valves & Safety Control Devices
Wireless Gas Cylinder Solenoid Valve
The wireless gas cylinder solenoid valve is an intrinsically safe gas safety device developed based on 433MHz wireless communication technology, specially adapted to bottled liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) systems. The product integrates a high-sensitivity wireless receiving module, a reliable electromagnetic drive mechanism and a manual control unit. Installed between the gas cylinder angle valve and the pressure reducing valve, it can realize linkage with front-end combustible gas detectors and back-end alarm management platforms without laying control cables. When excessive gas leakage concentration is detected, it can automatically cut off the gas supply within 4~8 seconds, and also supports local manual emergency valve closing function. The product is powered by DC3V (two AAA batteries), with a standby current <10μA and a wireless reception range of up to 50-80 meters in open areas. It has a nominal pressure of 16MPa and a design service life of 8 years, complying with national gas safety and explosion-proof related standards. It is the preferred gas safety protection product for scenarios where wiring is not possible, such as old residential communities, rental houses and temporary commercial premises.
